TurboTax is the best!

I've used TurboTax for many years and it beats sitting in an office with someone possibly messing up your taxes. They make it easy and love the option to have a live agent there in case you need assistance. Will always use their services!

Not worth the price!

Not sure how I got roped into paying $180 this year for this service, but extremely dissatisfied with the price and the service as a whole. Absolutely not worth it. it was not easy to use this product and took much longer than last year even though I had previously filed with Turbotax.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I find it user friendly and easy to use. It also provides explanations when I have questions. It makes things easier when filing future returns as it brings my information into the current filing year.

The app works fine. They push the upsell way too often during the process. They also charge entirely too much for something they’ve consistently lobbied to keep making US citizens do when it isn’t necessary. The IRS knows what you owe or what they owe you. Paying to effectively confirm you agree is a massive scam for most people. All the tax companies could be doing just fine dealing with businesses and the like but greed is gonna greed so here we are paying for an OK app to upsell us while we stress about dealing with the man for no good reason. Thanks for that intuit!
