Not Worth It If You’re Not Getting A Refund

It’s too complicated to select the right version to file taxes. I spent the better part of my year building my business, but didn’t have income for the year. I just paid $139 to get back $0. There was a better way to do it. Tricking customers on Tax Day is disgusting — if you’re not, you definitely give that impression. Now I feel you made your money, but it’s the last you’ll see from me — I’ve used Turbo Tax for years (except 2023 when I did not file at all). I will not use Turbo Tax or Intuit. You’ve been around too long and have too much competition for you to not understand your customer’s experience. I used to love Turbo Tax because it was reasonably priced and offered simplicity. There are better prices elsewhere that offer simplicity — there’s no reason to stay with Turbo Tax. Fix the customer experience or you’re going to find yourself spending way more to reclaim the customers you lose.

Horribly Difficult Now.

I've been filing for years on turbo tax. This was the most difficult filling I've ever done. I will not be using this software again. I will pay someone to do it for me next year.

You take advantage of taxpayers with ridiculously high rates. Also, stop pushing your crappy upgrades. I do not like getting spammed while doing my taxes.
