So easy - year after year TurboTax guides me step by step and all I have to do is commit to sitting down long enough (less than 2 hours) to get it all done.

Absolutely horrible. I’ve been using turbo tax for years, and this year was plain robbery. Took nearly all of my tax money just to file them for me. I will NEVER use TurboTax again.

One drawback - when the program is telling you - look for this form in your past year's return, why wouldn't the program itself look for that for me since it has that year's taxes on file?
