Needs transparent fee structure

Search function could be better. Pricing is NOT transparent. I don't recall agreeing to pay $250, plus, plus fees. Once I'd spent 2.5 hours completing the forms and answering questions, I then saw the $250 fee. No email contained the fee and it wasn't presented to me up front. Too late to back out--so I paid the fees.

TurboTax makes filing much easier, but TurboTax charged me $203 for a return of well less than $100. That means I pay TurboTax more than I receive from the IRS in my return.
