I use this service every year. This year IRS and ID.me has been giving me trouble and would not release my IP PIN.
IT is most annoying. NO ONE at the IRS helps you out at all and you can't even get a live person on ID.me. IF I get rejected again, I will just paper file, but I will continue to use Turbo tax forms
