it friendly and reliable, I just wish it wasn't so expensive! what happened to $19 returns?
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbotax is great

easy, fast, efficient. the only problem is I had no choice but to do premium and couldn't change. Otherwise, it was great, and fast, and not so complicated for a first timer.

Charge Less to file

They have overly charged this year just to file taxes and there was no prompt to ask like last year if i started a business or if i got divorced and not sure how to add that.
