Turbo Tax makes it easy for me to do my taxes. The screens are easy to use, the help sections are easy to understand, I can easily edit, and I feel comfortable that I'm not doing anything wrong.

Turbo Tax makes it easy to file, but the fees are high. They charge you MORE just to pay from your refund. That's ridiculous. I'll be looking for a different service next year to file my taxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
