Please fix Form 2210 glitch

Love the DIY and explanations but terrible glitch on the Form 2210 Error Line D withholding Sum of 4 columns not equal to total withholding. Only 3 columns were showing up. Agent made me delete that form.

It's fine, but a bit clumsy. What drives me crazy is it will ask all these questions about deductions and then tell you don't qualify "because of X" and since the program already knows "X" why take me down this path, get me excited/confused and then just dunk on me...
