Charge you a hundred and an additional $40

Being forced to pay for a service that does not help me. Also the additional fee of $40 to pay for said service when you're already paying $100 so y'all can take it out of my refund is not cool you're already getting a hundred.

TurboTax is awesome

I love TurboTax. I have used it for over a decade. I remember filing my first taxes when I was 19 years old and I’m 44 now. They are very easy to do with the step-by-step process. And the access you have for more detailed information about items is great. I would recommend TurboTax for anybody who is new to filing taxes as it is a very simple process.
