I appreciate the ease of use with the product. HOWEVER the $40 processing fee is ridiculous. Getting nickel and dimed for everything is exhausting, especially when I'm already paying to use the software, and have used turbo tax for over 15 years. Going to paper returns next year and will just accept that I'll have a way longer processing time.
