I enjoy that there is always a question check box at the end of each section. It stays on one page and there isn't a lot of going back and fourth between pages to make sure you are answering correctly

Great service easy to use system but expensive. I would love to see this service a bit cheaper - compared to freetaxusa it is almost 50% higher

Much cheaper and much less back and forth than the CPA I've been using the last few years. TurboTax has also improved greatly since the last time I used it.

Still charges for Active Military

System would not acknowledge my active duty military status and continued to charge me for a simple 1040 refund after 3 separate attempts on both the app, and the website (which is how i filed). There is no option to rectify this problem. I have used TurboTax for years and had this problem the last 2 tax seasons. At this point this is false advertising and I will no longer be recommending this service until they can fix this issue.
