Still charges for Active Military

System would not acknowledge my active duty military status and continued to charge me for a simple 1040 refund after 3 separate attempts on both the app, and the website (which is how i filed). There is no option to rectify this problem. I have used TurboTax for years and had this problem the last 2 tax seasons. At this point this is false advertising and I will no longer be recommending this service until they can fix this issue.

TT stopped recording my time, what a waste.

It stopped recording my time spent after 4-5 hours. I really wanted to know, since it is factor in my decision to continue use of this products.
