State filing glitchy, extra fees with credit card

State filing still glitchy after all these years. I was made to enter information that the state can withdraw my tax directly from bank, then separately told to print a form and mail a check for the same amount to the state. Got a fat "convenience fee" for paying with debit card. Lame. Come on folks.

Was frustrated

It estimated 90 min and it took me almost 3 hours. Very frustrated it kept asking about a form I had never seen before, was finally able to delete but had to exit and google it. I also think its crazy you can buy software and submit taxes at half the cost than online. Was a rip off. I also had a code through my employer that I couldn't use because no place to enter.

Absolutely love TurboTax! Filing my taxes has never been easier or more stress-free. The step-by-step guidance is super clear, even for someone who isn't a tax expert. I especially appreciate how it checks for every possible deduction and credit—definitely helped me maximize my refund. The interface is clean, user-friendly, and even kind of fun to use.
