Terrible turbo Tax

Absolutely terrible. Feel now my return is smaller and smaller . Along with that I’m being charged 139 dollars when I’ve barely ever paid due to being military. Will not be returning ever.

Too Pricey

Helpful but costs too much despite my tax documents being fairly simple. Total charged was $215.18 including tax for a young childless, single filing apartment renter with not many assets... I'm not sure how the program forced me to use the Premier version. Not sure my tax needs really needed that version of turbotax. I guess the only extra forms I had were regarding HSA account/ high deductible health insurance plan, my student loan paid interest statement, and savings account interest statements. On a positive, it's an easy filing tax program to follow.

Quickbooks to TurboTax....Double Check!!!!

My info from Quickbooks was messed up when sent over, and it made my income negative 16,000. I didn't notice at first and thought I had a refund for a minute. The basic turbo tax that we still have to pay for should still be user friendly. This year I was able to get customer service without paying for it though, and everyone was very helpful. Giving money to Musk and to El Slavadoran prisons is awful enough as it is, it shouldn't be this hard

Love using TurboTax, cant stop wont stop!

Was able to file taxes easily for my two income household w/ a small side business and a few kids.. not an overly complicated tax scenario, but Turbo Tax makes it easy to fill out all the forms on my own, has lots of intuitive tool tip icons to click throughout the process when you have a question, and on the few rare occasions when there wasnt enough detail on the basic version, the tool tips had plenty of information that I could clearly ask a question on google and get back a clear answer to my question.
