Turbo Tax always helps me systematically and thoroughly review all of my data and go through an otherwise painful process in a painless manner. It's good to know that I have TurboTax in my corner to accurately file my taxes.

Backdoor Roth IRA entry into TurboTax is broken

The backdoor roth process is way too confusing and I can't imagine most people ultimately figure it out. When you tell Turbo Tax that you converted it all to a roth IRA it slaps you with a tax bill which should not happen. Why does it do this?

Software had issues & never reset itself

The software kept freezing when I was adding my expenses for my business LLC. It said check my internet connection and try again but every other facet of the TurboTax filing was working & I had other working windows. Ultimately, I was never able to finish my business deductions and had to overpay my taxes.

Time-saving and increasing accuracy

I especially like how it imports your tax data from your W-2, 1099’s, etc electronically. It makes it so much easier to file taxes and confident that you didn’t make any data entry mistakes. This product makes even a moderately complex tax return able to be completed quickly. Highly recommend.
