forcing me to use the premium upgrade for 1 dollar in stock sales is par for the course for turbotax. The convenience of using the same program as years prior is offset by the predatory tactics of this company year after year.

This system makes tax return prep a breeze. I have used it for years, so it populates all recurring data and 1099 sources. I connect it to my bank and investment accounts and it drops all the 1099 data into my return. The questions prompting me thru my return are very
easy to understand and answer. At the end I can see how this year compares with prior year and can easily see if anything is a miss. I sign and file electronically, and get an email confirm of IRS receipt.

Flows good with minor glitches

Your system always glitches with forms. For example, form 8379 kept defaulting the wrong numbers in the form. It also kept denying me when I have filed every year. The first question for injured spouse is tricky when it asks for innocent spouse. This needs to be revised.
LTC medical premiums also glitched. It does not advise us to input the gross and match it to the allowable premium field or make it less. It kept giving me an error.
