Turbo Tax is High Value

Very thorough preparation, I felt that we explored all ways to lower our taxes. Saves tons of time simply by making sure all the numbers are in the right places and the math is correct.

Not real happy with my experience this time with turbo tax. I have always used turbo tax and this year they word everything I a way that gets you to keep upgrading your package and at the end of it all you can't change anything and you are stuck with a bigger bill than if you would have just taken it to a CPA. But to think it couldn't get any worse when it's all said and done you click the pay my 200 dollars in fees out of return and it takes you to a page that states there is now a 40 dollar fee added to that for "prossesing". After 15 years of using turbo tax and always recommending turbo tax to all of my friends and family, I think this will be my last year. It's no longer worth it.

TurboTax Scam Strikes Again

TurboTax strikes again. Goaded me into using them for only $89 (small business) and then charged me $139. Luckily took screenshots this time. Will be calling customer service for reimbursement and threatening legal action accordingly.
