No longer the amazing tax service.10 year customer

I used to love turbo tax but now you guys are adding fees last minute like 40 dollars to take it out of my return... I will no longer be doing turbo tax and switching to H&R Block. After 10 years it makes me sad that you guys are taking money out of peoples pockets especially after paying over 200 dollars for extra services. Its sick!
