TurboTax overcharges

This costs so much more money than I was led to believe. They charged me 40 extra dollars for paying out of my refund even though I didn't really want to it was just the default option. They won't let me change it unless I go back and redo my taxes which was very stressful because the app does not save all of your progress and makes you answer the same questions over and over again if you let your phone fall asleep for too long. Overall I feel so scammed and I will not ever trust a tax software over a CPA again.
