Good but some issues

My Ohio 1099 R does not have a box 16. This is an issue every year.. The app will not let me put in 0 without coming back telling me I need to put an amount in. This needs fixed. Plus I didn’t realize I had to pay another $40 to have the refund direct deposit. Which seems ridiculous!

As a resident of North Carolina and a federal annuitant I qualify for the Bailey Act, which means I am exempt from N.C. STATE Taxes.

Very disappointed !!!

Have been using Turbo tax since 1998. This is the worst experience I've ever had using this software. It glitched at several points. I didn't get the final review or audit assessment. Haven't been able to save or print my returns. And what's with the $203 fee. What did I pay the $129 for? The quality just wasn't there. I may have to do something different next year.
