TurboTax is good, But…..

TurboTax is a good app to value taxes with the only thing is they Say they’re going to charge you one thing and then charge you more. That’s the only thing I don’t like and they try to always trying to upsell you other than that.

Turbo Tax is easy to use. It uploads your W-2 so you do not have to enter anything from it and it transports your info from the last year

Turbo tax allows me to do my taxes myself

It was very difficult to get the correct program downloaded with the correct sign in but on the second try, I got an individual online that worked with me for about 30 minutes and we finally got it.
The program works very good. It's deductible is not as easy to use this year as I could not get it to download into the tax program so I printed a summary and hand entered the totals.

Slight Discount for 2025

4.5 Rounded to 5. Straightforward as always. This year there was a slight discount for some filers, which was great. Some of the questions seemed repetitive, but a good experience.

Prices Going Down

There is a few areas that could be better automated for users who enter all their info manually and only use your basic premium service, and it could be a lot less in charges since there is no overhead or worry on your part of having to attend an audit.
