Misleading Plan Payments

Dishonest process automatically upgrading to a paid plan that is “necessary”, but misleads users going through the process just to stick them with a bill at the end.

I have always somewhat enjoyed filing taxes, is that possible? Used Turbo tax the last two years and want to pull every single hair out of my body! Non stop issues filing, last year, had to mail in my taxes because this company is incoherent, this year, I filed an extension because these idiots cant submit anything right or tell me I filled something out correctly.
