For many years I used TurboTax, it used to be so easy.
I purchased the software but then found out that it was not compatible with my computer running windows 10. I was switched to Turbo Tax online. It was MUCH more confusing and I had to manually enter more info.

Easily I was able to file my taxes in a timely manner. It guided me through, explained everything and I was able to take my time and review all documents.

TurboTax is super easy to use! It follows up on every aspect of the tax filing process. They offer support, live support for it's customers in case you have questions or get stuck. I've used it for years now and it's always been a easy and quick process to file taxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
