Turbo tax doesn't care about its loyal users

I don't really get why you charge your long time users to keep using your product while yet make it for people that haven't stuck with using the site each year. I mean atleast give your loyal users some sort of discount on the higher cost packages

I Love Turbo Tax

Very easy to use. I have my own business and sometimes the way my funds are distributed and transferred.. it makes it harder for live people to see how and where my money flows from. ON turbo tax I enter exactly what my books have.

Expensive and Klunky

Functionality limited because it's Web based. Turbotax goes to great lengths to ensure they get their money and ensure the users do also. Very expensive for what you get. Locks you in to getting product year after year unless you want to retype . I had to get the Premium version just because i had some dividends - few that they may be.
