I found it very difficult to return to a previous area or jump to a form as instructed. Needs better menu to do that

TurboTax is Expensive

Much more expensive than other services and not transparent/up front about things like having to pay extra to file a state return after purchasing TurboTax services. Also every other screen you are led to is an attempt to upcharge you to the next highest subscription. Never filing with turbo tax again and I don’t recommend you do. Check a tax Reddit for other services.

Love TurboTax! Using it for years. I used to pay a CPA, I don’t need that anymore with the TurboTax advisors, and guarantee to back me up!
