Glitchy - but okay.

It was 90% good - there were some glitches where it circulated within the same question queue...and I had an income tax form that it did not ask me about - so I had to manually go back and add it. Due to this, what looked like a large tax refund (hurray), turned into a zero refund (ouch). Would have been better if TurboTax asked about that income form, so that I never saw the (incorrect) suggested refund.

Turbo tax is super easy to use. I will walk you thru step by step. You can also connect your accounts in order to download tax information without manually typing everything.

This is a very easy process to use, and I have done it for years. However, this is the first year I've had to pay to do it myself, but I won't complain it still beats paying a CPA all year to keep up with everything and they still mess up.
