Make it cheaper for poor people

Several years ago I had to pay for an upgrade on your services to speak to a live agent to, in their own words "resolve an internal issue". I shouldn't have to pay for upgraded services because your product was having issues. A $40 processing fee on top of paying for your services for someone who makes as little as I do to get my refund direct deposited is nonsense.
