Make it cheaper for poor people

Several years ago I had to pay for an upgrade on your services to speak to a live agent to, in their own words "resolve an internal issue". I shouldn't have to pay for upgraded services because your product was having issues. A $40 processing fee on top of paying for your services for someone who makes as little as I do to get my refund direct deposited is nonsense.

TurboTax is Expensive

Much more expensive than other services and not transparent/up front about things like having to pay extra to file a state return after purchasing TurboTax services. Also every other screen you are led to is an attempt to upcharge you to the next highest subscription. Never filing with turbo tax again and I don’t recommend you do. Check a tax Reddit for other services.
