I am not happy with Turbo Tax this year

I am not happy at all this year with Turbo Tax. First, you refused me for the advance- last year i got an advance loan just fine.
Second, you charged me 40.00 dollars extra.
Third, My son turned 17 in August, i should have more credit for him.
