It has become a rip off, too many extra fees, to be entering your own information. They tell you extra fees at the last minute and it still don't add up!

Turbo Tax every time.

Usually, I have no issues with tax, but this year I had an unexpected change in filing, and I had a difficult time insuring it was being reported correctly. After deleting and reentering information it allowed me to see and verify correct entries.
