Turbotax online is the jam

First time using the online version after many years of using the DVD version - which would always have a glitch or two. My taxes are moderately easy and this online version is smooth and worked great!

turbo tax

It was easy filing but thought this was suppose to be free and to have to pay $40 just to take it out of my taxes is not good at all I could have chose any other ta filing system but I did not feel like reentering my info

Easy to use, intuitive. I've always stuck with turbo tax as they have good customer service and the step-by-step process is very easy to follow.

Useful, Easy, but not Perfect

Since I have used Turbo Tax for many years, it was easy because all my data was accessible from the previous year. The only issue I had was that I upgraded to a higher version of turbo tax to assess certain fields I thought I may need. I discovered I didn't need those options, but the system did not allow me to return to the filing version I originally chose. So I paid for what I did not need. Overall I will continue to use TurboTax because it is thorough and convenient.
