Too pricey

Way too expensive. It isn't that much cheaper than my local tax person that I normally use. It was way more work than just dropping off my tax information. I will be using our guy next time.

Listen, the new AI is trash. I asked chat GPT a specific question about your own website and it was able to answer my question quickly. Sometimes your prompts lead people in the wrong direction and it takes a while to figure out how to undo them.

Terrible Home and Business software updates

Terrible! Why can't I flip between forms and data input? I have paid for this program three times this year. I had to buy it twice as it won't allow you to switch emails. Then I have been charged to file each individual return based on what product the return qualified for. I will look for another program next year! I have used TurboTax and Quicken for years. The last two years it has taken me hours to get through a return, calling the help desk to get the software to work, and having to buy it again. Why can't you import a return if you used the CD last year? Just worthless and the program costs more every year. I used to be able to get a home deduction as a real estate agent that materially participates in rental income but the program doesn't allow for that anymore.

Turbo Tax forced me to pay for "premium services"

Turbo Tax added a $44 charge for Premium Services. Every time I tried to remove this "service" that I did not want, it would add the charge back on. There was no way to proceed with the return without allowing them to charge me for something I didn't want.
