Great Product!

I'm a retired accountant, so did not use your support people. However, I continue to be pleased with TurboTax, it's ease-of-use, and its thoroughness. I feel like it covers all of the bases for my tax filing.

Would not use any other product (and I have)

I am a professional accountant - I have used turbo tax for 20 years - wish it were 30! It is intuitive, easy to use, it asks the relevant questions and tracks your information from year to year - even found capital losses and calculated the carryover - I would have missed it otherwise. Would - and have - recommend to anyone!
