Overcharged rip off

I chose the $69 version and you charged me with the premium version which is twice as much… couldnt change it. This is a rip off.

Easy and convenient experience

It was easy and convenient. Information from previous years was imported, which helped. However it didn't prompt me to enter my wife's W2 or 1099-R forms, which I had to do manually. Just stepping through the process, had I not gone back and corrected that, those forms would have been skipped.

I've been using TurboTax for years, and it has made it possible for me to process my taxes with ease. I had an advisor guide me where to go to process my 2023 amendment. I was really grateful to her for being so patient with me. Thank you!
