TurboTax is the way to go

I have been doing my taxes on Turbo Tax for the last 20 years or so. It makes it a breeze and guides me on each step. I love that it takes as much information from previous years return making the entry process even more succinct.

Not as good as it used to be.

This was so much more work than last year. It knew me from the previous year and now it's like I'm nobody. If I have a question about the process, I have to pay for a consultant on a simple process question.

Misleading

Based on certain tax filing situations, especially having to work remote, you are forced to upgrade to file. The FREE file is a lie. Then they add in extra “bonuses” not needed.
