What Happened?

I have used this product for over 20 years. I have always found it to be an excellent product, until this year. What used to be so easy to use has become cumbersome and difficult to use. I hope you review and look at previous versions to fine tune this new application. If I am being honest, I think next year I will likely look for an alternative unfortunately.

Very good but needs better guidance for some forms

Generally speaking it's great. It makes the tax return process far easier and less painful than it would otherwise be. There is some room for improvement though. Sometimes you are sent to forms to fill out and there is no explanation for why and how to fill out the form. This is really essential to make the process as painless as possible and to have confidence you're filing the tax return properly. Don't send users to pages to fill out forms they have no idea how to deal with.

Turbo Tax was thorough in finding deductions in our returns, even though our returns are somewhat difficult because of our working situations. It does take some time, but I feel good about our filing.

It was easier than doing it by myself and helped with deductions, but importing data and documents was far too difficult.

Charging way to much money!
I won't use this service again. I will tell my friends not use turbo tax as well. Did my taxes and they wanted 139.00 + to file without giving me any other options of a lower cost. Never again!!
