The process took way longer than years before. Please do a better job of explaining the non-resident form for another state. Also, why are you now charging a $40 processing fee on top of the regular costs of your product for us to deducted from our Federal Tax Return? I feel like you guys are nickel and diming us!!!

I've used Turbotax for years and it has been so terrific each year. I find the helpful tips are easier for me to digest and understand. It has really helped me get the most out of my tax return. As I've gotten older my tax filing has gotten more complex, but Turbotax has remained super easy to navigate and understand exactly what I need to do.Couldn't recommend it enough!
