Not as great as it used to be

Not a fan of harassing users on the MAX upcharge after nearly every section. Also, the new interest deduction on vehicles is buried, and should automatically prompt if you filled out major purchase on sales tax section.

Disappointing

Long-time Turbo Tax customer. This is the most confusing experience of any previous year. Nothing would self-load. It didn' recognize Capital One NA as a financial institution. My Schwab accounts wouldn't load because I'm not a current Schwab customer, having closed my accounts there in late 2025. It shows Washington as possibly having income tax, which it doesn't. Very few places in the process where it actually displays the information so you can see if it's on the right track. There is no running refund amount like there used to be. It was not intuitive as it used to be. Seems like you made a lot of changes, but no improvements. I will probably try another provider next year.

Turbo Tax is the best

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. I appreciate the fact that all new information is available when I log in. The ability to be walked through the entire process makes filing so much easier. Accuracy is guaranteed as each question is explained thoroughly. Very user friendly.

Never Going To Paper File Again

I used to dread doing my taxes every year since I was a die-hard paper tax filer. When I tried TurboTax for a friend of mine and did his taxes online, I was sold on the ease of filing and decided to try it for my own taxes. I know my tax return is accurately done, the program is compatible with my Windows 10 desktop, and the support is just a click away. I like the one question at a time interface. I do not feel overwhelmed when filling in the form. This is what sold me on using TurboTax. I like the fact that the program has features that help make sure you get the best deductions and the greatest returns.
