Ive used turbo tax self filing for as long as I can remember. Its really quite easy, walks you through each step.

I should not have to pay to file, and I think your base plan is way too expensive. This is convenient, and the software is easy to use. I am furious I felt forced to spend over $120 on this. That's why you called it premium even though it is the basic price.

I have used TurboTax that past 4 years and it has been quick and easy each time. I appreciate that it stores info and pulls new info from uploaded documents.
