Switching to another company that's way cheeper!!

I have been using turbo tax for over 20 years. Stated with the FREE version. Upgraded to the Deluxe as I have self-employment. Only to go through the whole process to tell me I needed to upgrade yet again to Premium. What the heck. Oh and yes state is extra but $65 is getting out of hand. I will be starting in 2025 to use the new tax site that does the same thing FREE. This program is available through IRS.gov.
Income allows for FREE federal e-file AND State is ONLY $10.
I will not be doing my taxes through you no longer..

I should not have to pay to file, and I think your base plan is way too expensive. This is convenient, and the software is easy to use. I am furious I felt forced to spend over $120 on this. That's why you called it premium even though it is the basic price.
