Taxpayers with College Students

I've been using TurboTax for years but this is the 2nd year I've had a college student and it is slightly more complex. I wish TurboTax would explain more details around the required forms (1098-T) and the potential tax breaks (American Opportunity Credit, etc) that comes with that situation. I'm a CFP Professional and know what to look for, but I can see where some users wouldn't know about the above and missed out on it.

Just awful you make folks feel like you’re withholding a return if they don’t upgrade. Please remember you’re not the only game in town.

Great personal service

Representative Brittany was knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly helped me and completely resolved the difficulty I had in e filing. Otherwise Turbo Tax is an excellent program and I have used it for years. There are occasional bumps in the road but fairly easy to negotiate.
