Its good enough

It does the job. Does try to sell you a bunch of features you don't need and charges you unavoidable fees even though they advertise as a free service. Although it does make the entire proccess of filing taxes quite easy so its worth it if you're getting a refund.

It is not a easy to walk through a it used to be, in my opinion. It did not explain that we can no longer itemize, and it did not explain the standard mileage deduction as easily. Overall, I've always used turbotax since not being a dependent on someone else's return. It's priced very similarly to the CPAs in my area.

Turbotax removes ability to correct

Federal seems fine. However, they made a mistake when transferring data to my state forms. And there's no way to correct the state forms. So now I need to amend my state return and it's a big pain. The help says you can choose which form to file, either federal or state or both. I only chose federal, and it transmitted both return anyway. I'm disappointed with the fact that turbotax is removing the ability to correct and tweek their errors.
