TurboTx is easy to use

Since I am doing this myself, all the additional charges are annoying.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Great service

I have been using TurboTax for 18 years. This year I needed help so I called and Gabriel walked me through the problem and stayed with me until I hit the send button to file. Great service, very much appreciated.

My TT Experience

I have used TT a number of years but always looking for cheapest way to get the job done. I opted for the free or basic to start and upgraded to premium $99 with caution it would help me with business expenses. I try to not fall for all the upgrades in the program. It was worth the upgrade and extra money. I used the electronic filing for both my state and fed and paid $148. Pricey but honestly worth it and cheaper than paying a CPA to do it.
