Easy but expensive

Easy to use, but expensive and lots of adds. Also, they don't tell you in the beginning the cost of state filling so you don't know how much it will be until they end after you have already put all the work in.

Disturbingly buggy

Very buggy. It kept looping through the self employment section and wouldn't complete. It also hung and spun when adding 1099-INTs and 1099-Rs. Had to reboot to stop it from hanging. Eventually got everything entered, but the self employment section continued to say Review Needed after everything was entered properly. Fortunately it did not block the final filing. This does not instill confidence and it took triple the time it should have. Only reason its not one star is that I was able to get Support on the phone without any delays.

Awesome experience again, have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and it has made filing taxes easy. Even with the changes that happen over the course of my life they continue to provide easy understandable options that provide me with a great refund
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
