Your product has increased in price by a large margin over the last time I used it.
On my first run through I filed my w-2’s on my own but your system had defaulted me to a nearly $250 upgrade for a “live help” option. Even after selecting the “see other options” tab it still asked me to pay the upgrade that I never utilized once throughout the process.
I then had to completely redo my return because I refuse to pay for something that I did not need. It should be more transparent what your options other rather than trying to confuse your customers into paying for something they don’t need.

This was a pain. Things didn't make much sense, needing to go back and redo everything sometimes made the time increase a ton. I had to re-enter forms because there was a weird glitch where it was asking for ein when I selected and entered properly ssn information on 1099 forms. Out of the blue, this was cleared several times prior
