Less thanharmful considering its doing your taxes.

Overall, the experience was less than harmful, considering it's doing your taxes. I've used them for years and have not had any backlash from the IRS or State.

Realible, Easy Tax Service

My husband and I have used Intuit products, specifically Turbo Tax, for the past 3 years. We've always been able to navigate the site pretty well. I like the feature that remembers past year's deductions and incomes. One area of improvement would be to show a more realistic time-frame for completing taxes. What was estimated to take 1.5 hours took close to 4. However we did file in multiple states, rental property income and had toddler interruptions here and there. So there's that. Overall, great product and will be using again next year.
