Experience was good. i did have a learning curve to get use to the new procedural layout compared to the TurboTax layout that I have used for many years. I had a sense that I was being rushed unnecessarily and felt that moving slower would allow time for more accuracy on my part.

Taxes are horrible. Every year they are absolutely horrible. TurboTax makes it easy, but I still hate taxes. I attempted to file my taxes on other platforms, but I always come back to TurboTax.
