Not too bad to file using Turbo Tax. The program walked me through every aspect of filing. This was my first time filing my taxes using Turbo Tax.

TurboTax held my hand

I had an unusual occurrence in tax year 2024. I had no idea how it would play out for the IRS. TurboTax identified the situation. I was asked and answered the appropriate questions and continued on my way. My tax payment DID increase but it wasn't as devastating as I was imagining.

TurboTax is good but needs to integrate AI

I did my taxes myself without assistance this year and it took me over 5 hours. Platform is good but prompts are not clear and I wish there was a trusted AI integrated platform that I could easily use inside the app.

This program really makes the process as easy as it can be. The best is when you use it consecutive years and all your information is already there! I also really like that you can use different levels of support depending on what you need in any given year.
