It was easy and convenient. However I don't like that I couldn't see the progress of my refund as I went through the steps like a different software I used in the past. It would be amazing for them to add that feature for the future.

I love turbotax.

I started using turbotax a few years ago, I got much bigger refunds than if I had my taxes files by someone else. And I get my refund back much faster too. It is safer because I also don't have to give my information to what could be a shady individual.
