Easy and self explanatory. Turbo Tax helps to understand each and every section. Also provide guidance on how to unblock if stuck on some section

Good but hard to navigate at times

Far superior to doing taxes the old fashion way. Ability to complete federal and state returns is great. Needs better navigation though and ability to see detailed returns as you're working on them.

Not too bad to file using Turbo Tax. The program walked me through every aspect of filing. This was my first time filing my taxes using Turbo Tax.

With my complicated tax papers I wouldn't be able to complete my return by hand. The import of the papers is truely valuable.
