ADDED FEES ARE CRAZY HIGH

It was ok, EXCEPT for the fact that I was CHARGED $214 , The INITIAL FEE WAS SUPPOSEDD TOBE $49..... It was a SIMPLE TAX RETURN. I will use another resource next year,

Turbo tax has gotten greedy and annoying

Service has become very annoying and expensive. They are constantly trying to upsell while completing the return and constantly sending me email throughout the year about needing a current credit card to charge me for additional services that I NEVER signed up for. This will probably be the last year I use them.

The advisor that helped me was amazing. she went above and beyond to help find a glitch in the app that wasn’t applying what needed to be done to complete my taxes. Very thorough and exceptionally!
