Overall, TurboTax is simple enough for the average person's taxes. My only suggestion for improvement (and gripe!) involves the payment process: PLEASE display the applicable sales tax BEFORE the final payment confirmation screen. It's confusing to see the price jump (e.g., by $13 on a $200 fee) at the last second, even though the tax is mandatory. Transparency here would be appreciated.
