It was a little hard at first, cuz I don’t know what I was doing but they really help you through out the process even tho the fee they charge could be cheaper but it was still worth it

Ad blocked my access to my return. Overwrote brow

The Credit Karma ad at the end blocked me from fixing my return for over an hour. It erased the information I pulled up to fix the return, and kicked me out of the return processing repeatedly.

Great Tax Software / Questionable Payment Tactics

I have used Turbo Tax Online for many years and appreciate the ease and increased capabilities for filing my taxes. However, for the 2nd year in a row (apparently I didn't learn my lesson from last year), I have entered all my tax information and get ready to finalize and submit my taxes when I discover that I have some Premium or Live Advice option that CANNOT be downgraded and I am forced to Clear and Start Over so I don't pay for options I did not use. I would be fine if this were a blatant error on my part, but starting over I found that even just finding the option to turn off Live Advice was not straightforward at all and actually hidden from view when using a standard laptop screen. Why are you afraid of being upfront? If Turbo Tax executive leadership met and agreed this is the way to treat their customers, they should not be proud. I question whether I will continue to use Turbo Tax if I have to be wary of my selections for fear of being penalized at the end.

EFFING TAXES ARE SO HARD BECAUSE THEY ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT CRAP THAT IS MEANINGLESS EXCEPT FOR ONE TIME EACH YEAR AND THAT WAS A YEAR AGO. AGH, SO PAINFUL. TURBOTAX MAKES IT ALL A LITTLE EASIER, SOMEHOW.

Nice and easy. Ben using for over 10 years. Iam very happy with turbo tax. Expect it is a little deceiving its not Free gr to free the way it states Just another way to get you to signing up. Shame n you.
