SAFE,EASY,STEP-BY-STEP tax return

I always use turbo tax and really this is the most convenient, easy to understand, safe option for filing taxes especially for those who is a fresh grad who just started working and earning income. Easy for those who have stocks or holdings since the turbo tax app is automatically connected to all other apps.

Overcharged my card, cannot get the charge reverse

The software, in general is good, but the constant requests for money are very annoying. My tax situation is simple. If they still had a 1040EZ, I could use that form. I believe that I qualify for the free version. I would give a 5-star review, but it kept trying to upcharge me. Instead, it only offers me the paid version for 119. It kept trying to add MAX for an additional 69. I removed the MAX product. Once I entered my credit card information, it charged me for it anyway. I have been on hold for over an hour trying to get the charge for the MAX reversed. The nickname in the form below is equally annoying ... all nicknames are taken, and I am about to resort to curse words.

I have been using TurboTax for a long time. It always helps me to know the terminologies and where to find the right information for all the questions. I highly recommend to all my friends.

Not as Good as it Used to Be...

I did not engage with anyone, but on multiple occasions, my forms were not properly and completely uploaded by TT. It was VERY difficult to figure out what was/wasn't uploaded. I ended up having to delete HUGE portions of my uploads and redo them to get them to transfer complete and properly.
