terrible experience I hate turbotax now after using for years and reading about the scams. I will not be using in future as turbo tax is not trustworthy and scams its users into paying for unneeded services.

Turbo tax is a parasite

The system doesn't explain enough for how much I pay and should be completely free. Power to the people instead of corporations that profit off of people's most desperate financial moments. Alas, I am here using this repugnant service. Also, by now there should be an AI that maximizes your tax return instantly and does away with the constant hoops and loops TT makes you go through. It's truly a maddening process.
