Missing ability to get back to specific forms

Easy simple questions to walk through tax filing options. Missing the ability to go back directly to forms to update, and had to waste time to re-walk through application to get to point of necessary update.

Too many hidden charges

Opaque description of products that's mostly fluff with no clear chart that would point out which is the minimum necessary. Endless upselling. Poor desciption of Arizona return line items. I've used for years but have a dimming view of the product.
