I like TurboTax

Camera auto fill function was a few boxes off. Had to re enter some fields. Pricey.. cost a bit much. Should offer incentive / loyalty discount of 1/2 off or more.

Missing ability to get back to specific forms

Easy simple questions to walk through tax filing options. Missing the ability to go back directly to forms to update, and had to waste time to re-walk through application to get to point of necessary update.

Too many hidden charges
